These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ultra Speed Optimizer ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Ultra Speed Optimizer measures your online store's loading speed and applies the optimizations you enable. Features may change or be improved over time.
You decide which optimizations to enable and are responsible for checking that your store looks and works as expected afterwards.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Upon uninstall, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects any changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
