Ultra Speed Optimizer ("the App", "we", "us") is a Shopify application that analyzes and improves your online store's loading speed. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Shop access token and session data — to authenticate API calls on your behalf.
• Store content — theme, product and file data needed to measure and improve page speed.
• App settings — the optimizations you enable and their configuration.

We do not collect or store customer names, emails, addresses, orders or payment data.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To measure your store's speed and show you reports.
• To apply the optimizations you enable.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. Data is hosted on Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL) in the EU.

4. Data Retention

All data associated with your shop is permanently deleted within 48 hours of uninstall, in response to Shopify's shop/redact webhook.

5. GDPR & Your Rights

We don't store personal data about your customers. To exercise any rights over your shop's data or request deletion, contact us below.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and access tokens are stored securely.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
